Team and club nutrition
Canteen, away days and match day on the same sheet.

Team nutrition is not the sum of individual plans. Instead of writing twenty-five separate lists, we organise the canteen menu everyone eats, away days and post-match recovery together. Athletes who need individual sessions are identified separately.
Work usually begins with an introductory meeting and a measurement day. Then I give a practical seminar to the athletes (and in youth teams, to parents too): training-day plate, match day, fluids and recovery. Through the season I meet the coach monthly and we update the menu and away-day routine.
Individual results are shared with the club only with the athlete's (or, under 18, a parent's) written consent. The coach's report is grouped and anonymous.
